These really do work. Because there are several layers of cloth, GladRags are highly absorbent. If you're worried about leaks, try adding more liners for extra absorption. The colors are fun and don't show stains much.

This set contains three regular sized maxi holders and six mini liners. Choose from conventional or organic. Organic adds $6 to the set.

Place one or two liners in a holder and then snap it around your underwear. Change as often as you would disposable pads. If you order conventional, I'll pick the color I send you; organics are undyed.
